What is NLP and Hypnotherapy?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programing. It is both a mindset where we see and experience the world from a self-empowered position – and a set of tools to achieve this empowerment. Often we are limited by our own beliefs and behaviours. NLP teaches you a way in those patterns and change them very quickly.Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses Hypnosis to access the unconscious mind. According to some research, 95% of our life is controlled by our subconscious. Therefore in order to sort our issues, we obviously need to access that deep place where they are rooted: our unconscious mind. Hypnosis allows to enter that realm, and the therapeutic mindset utilises this access to help resolve your blockages.

Is it necessary to combine NLP with Hypnotherapy?

It is not an absolute necessity, however in our experience they work much better when combined. We use Hypnotherapy to open the door to the unconscious mind, and NLP offers the tools to address the issues stuck in it. This integration of those two approaches has been proven more efficient than using them separately.

What will the qualification allow me to do?

We also encourage a strong community of students, and most of the time the peer groups are very useful as well in helping you catching up if you've been absent. We however recommend to only miss one of the weekends, in order to keep the momentum.
